Outbound lead generation: cold email and LinkedIn
You pick the companies worth winning, and we start the conversations with the person inside them who can actually sign. Trigger-based lists, compliant outreach by email and LinkedIn, and meetings booked into your calendar.

Your next contract is not searching for you
Inbound waits to be found
Only the people already searching, in the words you optimised for. A fraction of your market.
Outbound removes the waiting
You name the companies worth winning. We find the person who can approve a contract, and start the conversation.
And you pick the week
A funding round, a new head of marketing, a rebuild. Worth acting on the week it happens.
The whole motion gets built, then it gets run
Not a list handed over, and not a tool licence.
Trigger-based list building
Not job title and headcount. We build your list around what just happened: a funding round, a new marketing hire, a rebuild, a competitor turning up in AI answers.
The sending setup
Your own domain never sends. We register separate ones, authenticate them with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warm them for weeks before the first real message.
LinkedIn outreach
Messages go from a real profile at the pace a person would send them. It is also your only lawful route into the European markets that require consent.
Appointment setting & handoff
Replies get worked daily and qualified against the criteria you set. What lands in your calendar is a briefed meeting with someone who can sign.
Some of your leads never reach a human
Every bot filter can discard real buyers, and none of them announce it.
Silent submit failures
Your form posts, shows a success message, and never sends the notification. Analytics tells you nothing, because from the browser side nothing went wrong.
Score-gated bot protection
reCAPTCHA scores your visitor instead of asking them to prove anything. Set tight, it discards real people silently, and older visitors go first.
Over-eager spam filters
Content filters flag genuine enquiries when someone types fast or misspells a word. Those land in a folder nobody on your team opens.
Leads that arrive and stall
Delivery is only half of it. If nobody owns the reply within a day, a captured lead and a lost lead look identical on the invoice.
We run it before adding a single new contact.
Six weeks of warm-up before a single real send
Capture audit
Every form tested end to end, each submission traced to the record it should produce.
ICP & trigger definition
Who is worth a meeting, which events signal readiness, and which markets we can lawfully email.
Infrastructure build
Sending domains registered, authenticated and warmed slowly. It takes weeks, and the slow start is what keeps your mail out of spam.
Message & sequence
Written in your voice, approved by you before anything sends. Short, specific, built around a reason for the contact.
Launch & ramp
Open at low volume, seed-test placement, scale once mail is landing. Replies worked within 24 hours.
Report & iterate
Meetings held, reply quality, and what sits in the pipeline. Lists and wording rebuilt around what books.
Six markets we refuse to email
A different rule in every country, and getting it wrong exposes you, not your agency.
| Market | Channels | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Email and LinkedIn | CAN-SPAM. Opt-out model, honest headers, a working unsubscribe in every message. |
| United Kingdom | Email and LinkedIn | PECR treats limited companies, LLPs and public bodies as corporate subscribers, so B2B email is lawful without prior consent. Sole traders are not, and we exclude them. |
| Ireland, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Finland | Email and LinkedIn | Business contact under legitimate interest. We write to people about their job, with a way to opt out in every message. |
| France | Email, carefully | B2B permitted where the message genuinely relates to the professional role. |
| Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Denmark | LinkedIn only | These markets need consent before you can email a business. German law gives business recipients no exemption, and Denmark applies the same requirement to business recipients. We will not send there, and we will say so instead of taking the budget. |
Not legal advice. Where your situation is borderline we will say so and recommend you take advice first.
Get a free auditQuestions we get asked
Will this put our domain at risk?
It would, if we sent from it. We never do. Outreach runs on separate authenticated domains, so your own keeps the reputation your invoices and quotes depend on.
Why start with our contact form rather than sending?
Because adding volume to a leaking funnel is the most expensive mistake in lead generation. One audit found genuine buyers filed as spam, including a referral who had submitted three times.
Is cold email legal where our buyers are?
It depends on the country, and the differences are real. The US and UK are straightforward for B2B. Ireland, the Netherlands and the Nordics run on legitimate interest. Six markets require consent, so we use LinkedIn there.
How is this different from hiring an SDR?
You are right that a hire gives you more control. It also costs a salary, a ramp, a manager and a tool stack before the first meeting happens. You rent this instead, and you stop at the end of the term.
Do we have to buy SEO as well?
No. They are separate services and either works on its own. Outbound does not wait for anything to rank, and most clients who take it take only it.
How long before we see meetings?
Longer than you want. Warmup alone takes four to six weeks and we will not shorten it, because the slow start is what keeps your mail landing at all.
What does it cost?
It depends on your markets, your list size and whether you want appointment setting or qualified replies. We quote it on the call, in writing, before anything is built.
Priced in writing before anything gets built
A 30-minute call, and then it comes to you in writing. Which markets you can lawfully reach, what the list looks like, and what it costs.
