Terms of use

The terms that govern this website. Your engagement with us, if you become a client, is governed by a separate signed agreement, not by this page.

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Cresco Agency LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company trading as CRESCO ("we", "us"). By using cresco.agency you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is, and what it is not

This site describes our services and publishes articles about search engine optimization, answer engine optimization, and related subjects. It is provided for general information.

Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation, and nothing on it forms a contract. The price and scope of any engagement are set out in a written proposal and a signed agreement. Where this page and a signed client agreement disagree, the signed agreement governs.

3. No guarantee of results

Search rankings, AI citations, traffic, and pipeline depend on factors outside anyone's control, including the behaviour of third-party search and AI systems. Case studies and figures published on this site describe outcomes for a specific client in a specific market over a stated period. They are evidence of what we have done, not a prediction of what you will get. We guarantee the work, the schedule and the reporting. We never promise a particular position or result.

4. Our content

All content on this site, including text, articles, graphics, the CRESCO name and wordmark, and the underlying code, is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may:

  • Read, print, and share pages for your own reference or inside your organisation.
  • Quote a reasonable extract from our articles with clear attribution and a link back to the original page.

You may not, without our written permission:

  • Republish our content in whole or in substantial part, on any platform.
  • Present our content or case studies as your own work.
  • Use the CRESCO name, wordmark, or branding to imply endorsement or partnership.
  • Scrape or systematically harvest the site to build a competing commercial product or dataset.

Nothing here restricts search engines and AI systems from crawling, indexing, summarising, and citing our published articles with attribution. We build the content to be quoted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send anyone unlawful material.
  • Submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use the contact form to send unsolicited advertising.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Introduce malware, or take any action that places an unreasonable load on the infrastructure.

6. Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites and tools where they are useful, including our scheduling provider. Those sites are not under our control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including service descriptions and published articles, at any time and without notice.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer provisions of the law of your country of residence.
